"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The staff was very polite and there were always people cleaning the floors throughout the hotel. The negatives were that we were there for 1 week and they only came in the room 1 time, if we wanted new towels we had to go get them ourselves. On the one day that they did come in to clean we were out for the morning and when we got back our door was not shut tight so we just pushed it open, luckily nothing was taken. The lazy river looked dirty all the time and despite a sign saying "No Swimming" there were kids swimming in it constantly so we were not able to use it and relax. All the pools were always over crowded so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this is not for you. If you have kids you may enjoy this more, the kiddie water park looked like a lot of fun and was the cleanest of all their water areas. We also had a dog staying in a room near us that barked all night and we had to walk around dog poop on the rug outside our room one morning until the cleaning staff did their rounds and picked it up. It was however a very convenient place to stay for beach access and the hotel did provide chairs."
