I had a wonderful stay at the Wyndham Grand Busan and would happily stay there again. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

Staff helped with any question or need. Room and whole hotel exceptionally clean. Spa was liked by all. Access to convenience store, coffee, taxis, and any needs were easy.

Grand Josun is an incredible hotel! The rooms are well kept and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming and are willing to help you at any time. We loved the location as there was a street full of restaurants across from the hotel and we were right on the beach.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff. I hope I’m right when I say we will be back!! Thank you for a wonderful time!
