The only drawback is the weather shakes the windows and is REALLY loud - thankfully we had white noise machines that helped. Oh and getting into the apartment takes some figuring - there’s no pictures or written instructions other than the code so it took us some time to see that you open the door into a hallway and then the interior door has a hidden keypad that is awakened by touch through the tiny cracks along the "
