"This hotel is stunning! I stayed here as a solo traveller and upon check in was greeted by some really lovely members of staff who were kind enough to check me in early. I was shown to my room and given a tour of the room including mentioning the free mini bar! I wish I had got the names of the members of staff for a special shoutout.
My stay was great but some members of staff after that amazing initial experience weren’t as friendly which is why I only scored it 4 instead of 5 stars. The...
