"I went with my wife and four year old daughter. 6km small Road to the hotel is horrible. Need a high clearance vehicle. My honda fit nearly escaped any damages. Otherwise the stay was superb. Location is unique.rooms were great. Food was ok,slightly more expensive than similar class hotels,may be because of the location, wifi is terrible.my Dialog mobile had moderate level of signals,but no 3G. "Location and overall appeal of the hotel is great. Some staff are really good and helpful. Most are courteous but the language barrier makes it super hard at times. Front desk was the worst and there was a huge gap in requests made to them and getting those executed by the staff. Cleanliness needs a WHOLE LOT to be improved on. "I came here with my husband and toddler (a year and a half old). Overall we had a great time. What we liked: - The view was breathtaking! - Our housekeeping staff Ajithkumar was amazing to us! He always greeted us and asked if we needed our room cleaned. And when he did, we were greeted with a pleasant surprise, a swan scultpture made out of towels and a really cute elephant scultpture for our son. So much talent! - Our room was VERY spacious which was great for our toddler son who loves to run...
