"Rooms are getting old and need renovation..it is ok place to stay which is close to harbor and shops. But it's getting old...staff not much help...breakfast was very sparce and not much was ever stocked up or available..no fruit or yogurt..homeless we all gathered inside by entrance and made for unsafe feel...used to be nice but now is on downward slide and doubt would stay at again...there are alot better places to stay but they will cost more than here. Elevators were sketchy and sometimes...

"our room did not face Lake Superior, but I knew that when I booked so I can't complain. Cleanliness is a Huge deal for me, and it was a spotless room!"

"I traveled with my dad. Rooms were comfortable, the building was clean and safe. Loved the lake views."

"It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge."

"Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless."

"The room was clean and beds were comfortable, However, the building itself is extremely outdated and the area around the property does not feel safe. There was some kind of ‘deal’ going in the outdoor parking area on Saturday with several cars involved."

"The pool was super cold and the hot tub and slide were down. Breakfast was supposed to be till 10:30 on Memorial Day but they were taking everything out at 10:05 when we came down"
