"Room was much better than expected from photos. Incredible views. Extremely spacious. Seemed more like a suite. If you're pillow sensitive, bring your own for sure. Fun choice of restaurants in-house. We really loved it. One major negative beyond hotel's control: motorcycles. Really loud, pretty awful, as late as 4 a.m. and we were on the 17th floor."

"Car broke"

"The staff was friendly enough, but the entire fourth floor smelled like weed and nothing was done about it; even though it is supposed to nonsmoking. The pool didn’t seem chlorinated at all- it was dirty and smelled bad. After swimming the first night, my son ended up very sick and we had to leave early. Unfortunately no refund or room credit for when we return, even with the weed smell overtaking the entire fourth floor and elevator. Grants Farm, Museum of Illusion and the Arch all were very...

"We enjoyed the unique art vibe and decor. The art was a little creepy and I would prefer something more fun and whimsical. Too many plastic products!"

"Location was great for us. Walked to an event. The drinks and food in the evening was nice and breakfast was good as well. Love the character of this one"

"Everything about our stay was great overall. I did notice bloodstains on the bedsheets, which was concerning, but I let the front desk know and they sent someone to change them right away. I appreciated how quickly they handled it."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the West End! The secured parking, safe area, very clean and tidy common areas and very comfortable room were huge plusses for my needs! The bed was very comfortable, too! The staff was extremely helpful and proactive! Highly recommend!!"

"Comfortable place to stay near the St. Louis airport. Great Shuttle service with helpful drivers, front desk staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the place looking nice."

"Check in was easy and staff was very nice. Room was hot and AC was not working well. 2 elevators to accommodate lots of people. Lots of wait time. Amenities were very nice. Hotel overall was very nice but could use a good scrubbing."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. They made sure we had a room that was easy to get to from the side door for my elderly mom. We spent two nights visiting family in the lobby and it was comfortable for us to do so. Obviously our room was not cleaned well because we found a pair of prescription glasses in the floor by the chair in the room. They had a decent breakfast, but we only used it once. Never used pool area but it looked nice. Lobby was a bit noisy at times, but I liked...

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, no problems checking in or out. I have stayed twice and will stay again."
