"Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. "

"Great stay again, very comfortable, excellent parking and the breakfast was superb. The bathroom was generally immaculate but there was a marked build up of dirty scale at the base of the shower screen in room 204 which was a shame."
