This was completely unacceptable and caused a great deal of inconvenience, especially after a long journey. "Merveilleux établissement , personnel très attentif et gentil. Nourriture excellente et endroit magnifique."

"The staff at this Fairmont were all so friendly and accommodating. Overall the property is beautiful but the hallways and rooms were not as clean as I would expect for a Fairmont. But the service and food quality outweighed any concerns about cleanliness."

"A real paradise. 6 stars hotel Everything was PERFECT, and I am demanding."

"Property was absolutely beautiful. The only things I didn't like is there are no tvs in the room, which would be nice at night to unwind. Smart tvs are inexpensive these days that way the customers can stream, regardless of nationality or language. The other thing is the shower had no curtain and the pan filled with water which is actually disgusting and unsanitary. I hope this is resolved because the owners were incredible people."

"We had a large room with the the balcony and sea view. Room was in need of refurbishment but kept clean and tidy. Swimming pool was a great addition to the holiday and kept well maintained. Reception staff was very helpful."
