"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious...

"Vraiment un accueil désagrable! Le responsable de l'hotel avait perdu ma réservation (car les mails d'hotel.com allaient dans ses indésirabes... belle gestion...). M'ont laissé 30 min pour arriver alors que j'avais réservé des 16h30, le soir où les eurockéennes venaient d'annuler et où on ne trouvait pas de taxi. Sous peine de ne pas m'ouvrir... "Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again."

"It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes.
