"This is a charming family owned and run hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We chose it for its simplicity and because it has a pool. Breakfast has a very wide choice and there should be something for everyone. Lots of local tavernas to choose from and a good range of gift shops. The only thing that let it down was the ‘toiletries’, only shampoo and being English I would love a kettle and mugs in the room, as I am always in need of tea! "This hotel has a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The room is on the small side but everything worked. No USB ports. Bathroom shower glass is small so it’s easy to get the bathroom floor quite wet. There is no toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the toilet tank which got a bit wet. Free parking across the street. Staff is helpful. Buffet breakfast is inexpensive and very ordinary. "

"Great location easy to find. Staff on arrival very helpful, not so when leaving.The argument as to if we’d paid the bill was pretty embarrassing for them. Room was ok good view of the monasteries. Breakfast was ok. No tea or coffee in the room had to use room service. Overall good value for money.Free parking on site, but we used the car park opposite. Plenty of restaurants and bars further up from the hotel."
