Great staff and property

The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. I love staying at this hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They were available for my every need. The only thing that was not perfect was that they were doing upgrades and construction on some of the rooms. This was perfectly understandable because I was there in the off season. This time gives them the opportunity to made improvements and upgrades. But, overall it is an excellent place to stay. Nice, clean room and hotel, very close to the Padmanaba swamy temple (0.5 km walking). Only complaint: No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast starts only at 8:00, we left before that.

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Very private and secure exotic location. Staff is responsive and friendly. The spa was fantastic and very reasonable for the services provided. Easy to relax by the pool and the suites are extremely well fitted and luxurious.

The staff was extraordinary and gave us a great deal of assistance and effort. We felt very cared for. Shyam was invaluable in his care and assistance in navigating a new culture for us. An incredible employee in the breadth of his knowledge and his willingness to answer every question.

I want to qualify what a couple other reviews said about this hotel. 1) they do now serve alcohol, so don't worry about that, and they would go into town and get anything you need for you 2) It's not entirely in the middle of no where - but if you want to do a lot of sight seeing stay in Trivandrum, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. Our experience at Niraamya was pure bliss from beginning to end. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Rock Garden rooms and our jaws dropped when we opened the door. Stayed for 7 nights. The hotel has a different charm. It is a oversized house with about 30 rooms. Not a typical hotel look but a very charming place. Its about 300 steps to the beach through the back entrance. Overall very convenient hotel. Nice staff always smiling and willing to help.
