Insgesamt wirkte es, als ob das Objekt seit längeren nicht mehr sehr gepflegt wird. Insbesondere der Zustand der Terasse mit verschmutzten Gartenmöbeln und großem Loch im Gartenstisch und sehr verrosteten Grill, waren ärgerlich und bekommen von uns die Note 6!Bei schlechten Windbedingungen richt die Wohnung unangenehm nach Abwasser.Dann sei auch erwähnt, das dass...
