"There was a power outage for several hours that affected the entire resort; most restaurants were unable to open. Mantles, the Grand’s in-house restaurant was able to put together a menu with a partial kitchen. Kudos to them. However, the food was underwhelming. For a resort of this stature I think they need to up their food game."

"Clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff."

"The kitchen did not have any dish clothes or towels , or even paper towels. I was quite upset to see silverfish and an earwig on the bathroom floor."

"Friendly staff. Good breakfast.could add soft music in lobby. Only minus at our 5 day stay was that the elevator was out of service."

"Very clean and cosy place staff was excellent. Continental breakfast could use a little help."

"Très ordinaire"

"The room was spacious. Corner market was convenient and the breakfast had lots of variety. Lots of parking as well. The only cons I found was that we could hear the people staying above us walking in the room."

"Thank you for the great stay!"
