"Breakfast was really good. loved the shower and bathroom - really moden and new... though tap not located near the shower and it took quite a while for the water to adjust from really hot or really cold but I guess this is a big hotel with many guests."

"We had an issue on the morning of checkout where the lights in the room did not work, so we had to use the torches on our phones to see. I tried to phone reception from the room phone but that did not work. When we mentioned it when checking out 30m later we were told that we should have reported it earlier! Also had intermittent issues with there being no cold water form the mixer tap which only ran hot water."
