"Was a little disappointed by the all inclusive alcohol selection available but was ok. I would not select the all inclusive package and stick with breakfast only. There are alot of dining options within walking distance of the resort including Store Bay."

"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. "Room was clean, view was amazing, staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very yummy as well. Being basically right in Buccoo Beach was an added plus. Be sure to check out the little “private cove” to the far left of the property at the end of the boardwalk. Will definitely be back!"
