"Nice resort very close to Vilnius. The lake around the resort makes this a special place. We did really enjoy the Spa and the lake. unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and it felt a bit like not all activities were available. it was a midweek stay in July, so that might have something to do with it. However, it also meant that there was ample space at the lake."

"While we loved the history and location of this hotel, the bed was very firm which we found to be quite uncomfortable. The furniture in the sitting room was equally uncomfortable. Happy to have stayed here in Spring because we could open our large windows to cool the room - no AC - which is common in historic buildings around the world, so that came as no surprise to us. On the plus side, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They answered all of our questions, and gave us ideas for things to do that were off the beaten path. Also, because UBER/BOLT cannot come directly to the door of the hotel and rain was forecasted on our departure date, the staff arranged for a driver to pick us up at 0415 and take us to the airport, and a member of the staff was there when we left to ensure things went as planned. The common areas of the hotel that we saw were very clean. Weirdly, although our towels were changed and trash removed daily other cleaning in our room and bathroom was not done. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and pubs. Explore the side streets just outside of the main tourist area. You will find just as good, if not better, food at cheaper prices. And if you don't mind walking a mile or so, you can even walk to many, if not all, of the historical attractions."
