"I loved everything about the property. We celebrated my husband birthday and he had an amazing time. DJ slim was amazing he took time to interact with us , I even learned some new dance moves. The property is beautiful the food choices was remarkable. The only thing I would critique and hopefully it gets fixed our shower leaked everytime we took a shower, the seal under the door was missing this cause us having to put alot of towels on the floor to prevent us from slipping or potentially fall....

"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "My friends and I (college aged girls) came to Melia Braco for our spring break this year. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience here. Cons: The resort ran out of food and drink ingredients quite frequently. Also drink selection is kind of limited in general. Ex: they did not have mint for mojitos all week long and many time when we called for room service, they were out of a lot of things. "We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time.
