Terrace is amazing and allows you to watch the balloons in a warm and cold weather. Location of the hotel is great, right in downtown and all the restaurants and shops are 2-3 mins walking distance. Staff (Leila) is very welcoming and helpful! We felt like home there, thank you for that! We were super impressed...

"Overall, we had a great time in April and got lucky with the weather. We would gladly visit again which is rare for me! It is a large resort with very modern rooms, spacious and stylish. However, the towels and room cleaning wasn't regularly done and AC failed, as well as loud construction work behind block 4 during our time. The grounds are clean, lots of tiling and nice decor, domes, stylish lighting, props dotted around and bars in convenient places too. There are nice activities available...
