"Lovely hotel,easy check-in, large rooms only issue was it was too warm in bedroom no windows and when we asked for radiators to be turned off we were told they couldn't so fetched ice water and a fan but no plug sockets near bed so that was really a waste of time, so didn't have a good nights sleep. "

"Excellent service from the staff, one slightly less friendly waitress at breakfast but it didn’t let down how great it was on the whole. The front desk folks were VERY helpful and accommodating. We were spontaneously upgraded rooms, and it was a spectacular room indeed. Very comfy bed and great air conditioning. We would definitely return, one of the best in Newcastle for a city break!"

"Great stay, room was clean and facilities were great however the sofa bed was like lying on Lego so not a great sleep for the 3rd person."

"The reception staff and bar staff are soo helpful. I have been a few times and normally visit as the rooms are great if working, comfortable beds. And the staff look after you, they even upgraded me to executive room which I’m grateful for when wanting to work. "
