"Great hotel. Had a wonderful time"

"The hotel itself is decent. The staff is nice and helpful. However, we stayed 3 nights 4 days and room service never came. We stayed in the versalies tower which are supposed to be new renivated but our air vents were full of dust, shower was dirty, and there is no coffee maker not is there a fridge you have to request that. Overall I would visit the casino and the shops, However I would never stay here again!"
