"Amazing staff…welcoming and very helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is modern and shower has good water pressure. Location is excellent, about 2 small blocks from the main avenue. "This is a great great hotel. Location is amazing, in downtown center but still slightly away on a hill in a quite zone. The view from the hotel lobby sitting area and from the Hotel Restaurant is breadth taking. You can see the water and the snow capped mountains from the hotel. The Room was big, very clean and had all the amenities. The Breakfast was top class (fruits, cookies, pastries, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, cheese, coffee/tea, juice). The Breakfast room is one of the best I have ever seen - this is fine dining with a view. CheckIn was very smooth and so was Checkout. There are elevators. If you want to do to downtown, it is a short walk on the hill."
