"Everything was nice except for the noise. We were by the lobby and could hear everything. We didn't mind too much, but it might not be okay for others."

"The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!"

"The whole experience was very nice. Room was clean and smelled good. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The area hotel is in is quiet and close to highway access and many shopping areas, if needed."

"The staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This place is old and everything needs to be updated. The room was clean, linens good, bed pillows were small, tv was small. Our room smelled like old smoke. I asked the morning clerk if we could change rooms and she could not accommodate us. She was constantly yawning and didn’t seem to motivated. Oisha, the clerk that checked us in the first day was very helpful. The fitness room is small, missing hand weights, and the...

"Excellent experience. Clean, very well kept. Associates were very professional and knowledgeable. Recommend"

"The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful. I will use this place whenever I find myself in Provo."

"Breakfast 2lwas awesome"

"Beds were nice, comes with the hotel basics (tv, iron, closet, microwave) Parking was… the lot is small, then again we were in a rental ram 2500 Breakfast was minimal, but it gets the job done. Coffee is available. The room shower is the worst part, and it’s not all that bad. The dial is sensitive and it doesn’t look the cleanest, but it works. The few interactions with staff were ok, they were nice Overall, if something better is within your budget range, stay there, but this is an...

"The elevators don’t work. One elevator had a sign that it was broken. The other elevator got stuck with us on it. They should be offering to get your bags up 3 flights of stairs. Everybody was using the stairs."

"Easy access from the hwy, good location. The beds/mattresses are about ready to be replaced."

"It was kind of a dated room. Also the jets in the tub weren’t working and the front desk didn’t seem to care. Overall it was an uneventful experience lace to stay for the big price tag. Won’t be coming back."

"This was the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have stayed in and it was the most expensive. Way too expensive for how old and dirty it turned out to be."
