"This hotel feels like it wasn't maintained since it was built in 1974. It's definitely historic Soviet monument, but well lived and desperately needing renovation if they want to keep it. Breakfast was great, reception stuff helpful, laundry service is really good. Keep in mind that even though we requested non smoking room it was smelly in the hallways especially at the hotel entrance, where official smoking place is located, which is very unpleasant. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel is...

"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. "The room was spotless, I think that's the best gym ive seen at a hotel and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Oh, the breakfast was also very good."

"This is a safe bet if you're looking for a clean, modern, and well appointed property that's close(5-15min walk) to food and sights. I have nothing to complain about. Spent two nights."

"Great hotel. Really comfortable beds."

"Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."
