"We booked this hotel for our anniversary expecting a luxury experience, and while our room was comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful, the overall stay fell far short of the price point. Our experience at the Gastrobar terrace completely ruined the trip, the service was atrocious, we were repeatedly ignored, and when I asked for a menu, I was rudely told to sit back down. On one evening, a waiter named Juan Carlos actually scolded us in Spanish...

"Muy bien"

"Nos encantò el hotel, una muy buena ubicacion y te puedes mover a todos lados sin problema (con auto claro), siempre la actitud del personal es muy amable y atentos a los detalles. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar. Altamente recomendable."

"Short walk to Protos."

"Un trato muy bueno, limpieza, el espacio de toda la locación, amabilidad, en fin, excelente."

"Exelente hotel muy nuevo"

"Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Parking was plentiful in September. Nice stay."

"Muy buen staff y muy limpia la habitación y muy bien el baño"

"Staff was super helpful.this is restored building w 3 stories and elevator. Very nicely finished! Located very centrally for walks. Rooms and entire building has exposed wood beams and brick walls which makes very cozy. A real jewel of a boutique hotel. I would come back to it for sure. Only two things I think they need to take care of: Fixing their card reader for the credit card deposit (it is not setup properly) and they need to fix the water damage on the inside of Room 302 bathroom....

"Hotel avec beaucoup de charme,à coté d'un super site pour voir l'eclipse!"

"No WiFi, no parking, no air conditioning, no reception except 4-7pm ( and then only Spanish-speaking). Situated an hour’s walk from city center with no Uber. The room: surprisingly large, but with water dripping from the ceiling possibly linked to defective climate control, nice views but rowdy neighbors. Getting in and out a nightmare- the codes don’t work, and the idea we had booked 2 consecutive nights was incomprehensible to the ai system, mandating checking out at 11am and checking back in...

"Rooms were very clean and with kitchen facility. The car park g was absolutely excellent as it was underground and you drive into the lift to take you to either first or second floor with internal lift to hotel"

"Nice hotel, lovely terrace. Quite a long way from town though."
