"Great location! Perfect place to stay if you are in Concon, Chile. Prices were reasonable and the view to the ocean was great. We were able to see the Sea Lions or lobos Marinos from our window. The staff was very friendly and so many restaurants by the beach at walking distance. We loved it! 😘🇨🇱"

"I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub. They do say it takes five minutes for the hot water to come, but there was essentially no pressure (only an trickle) and throughout our stay with the exception of one time, hot water never came. We tried early morning , afternoon and evening to take a shower. It’s too bad because there’s a beautiful bathtub in this unit. I spoke to the staff a couple times about the issue. I heard it’s a common issue. I do you like the hotel, the view from the roof and our room, the staff…however, having a shower and getting cleaned up on a daily basis is important. "
