"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."

"The room was wonderful"

"Breakfast is very good"

"Cleaning crew was fantastic!!! Our room was cleaned everyday. The front desk was always helpful and friendly, and got us checked in a little early upon our arrival, which was really nice after 24hrs of travel. The daily breakfast was a highlight for sure. "The entrance to the hotel is humble. Small but adequate room. Walking distance to Cipro metro station and to Vatican. Most impressed by the wonderful buffet breakfast."

"Great place to stay! Clean and right in middle of old Rome"

"Very good service and generous."

After checking out, we called the front desk immediately to report it. We even walked approximately 30 minutes back to the hotel, only to be told that housekeeping had checked the room and did not find anything. We are quite disappointed with how the situation was handled. We are confident that...

"Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. Great location in Rome - very close (walkable) to some of the major historical attractions."
