10/10 Excellent

"Very close to Lalandia, LegoLand, and the airport. Walked everywhere without having to park anywhere else. The houses were very clean and convenient for my family. I wish there were more instruction on the heating/heated floors. Couldn’t figure that out and being charged for electricity, it would’ve been nice to know. The supermarket was really convenient although very crowded. It was nice to be able to cook at home instead of buying take out every meal. Would recommend this for families."

"The guy at check in couldn’t be bothered with us. My room had no soap and the shower door didn’t shut properly so it flooded the bathroom and there was no bathmat. My friend had no towels in her room and they made her go downstairs to get them. They also told us to park in a spot where we got ticketed. At last the girl at the counter late at night was very nice when we came down for wine and snacks."

"I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off (outside) unless we needed to flush the toilet The positive things are the super friendly staff and fun playground go the kids "

"The property was built a while ago. Nicely maintained but could use an update. Rooms were austere but fine. Bathrooms needed update. Breakfast was good but dinner was just okay. There is no shop to buy something else like ice cream for dessert. So I would give available food options a “fair” rating. If better food is important Maybe consider staying in Billund. Definitely expensive. Gift shop was very small. No safes in rooms I had to request access to an old vault in the luggage storage room that had keyed boxes big enough for passport. A few areas where you could build with Lego blocks but nothing more that we could find. We enjoyed our time but not planning to come back to this hotel."
