"The location of this property to the key site in Athens is great! The views from the roof top are great! Breakfast or dinner at the roof top is really restricted in poor weather with outside area closed. Room are average, showing some wear and tear!"

"Breakfast was very good, typical Mediterranean food, fresh and good quality accompanied with delicious cappuccino. Location was very convenient to walk around Acropolis and Plaka. Staff were nice and helpful in all areas. Clean and very chic hotel."

"The view out the window was unattractive. The center court had trash from the apartments above. Other than the bathroom sink stopper sticking shut, the room was clean and adequate. Pretty "shady" characters on adjacent streets, especially in the evening. Nonetheless, the location was very convenient. I would stay at ERMASS again"

"Superior room disappointing. No double bed just two singles pushed together. Shower did not regulate temperature and shower head fixing ineffective. Executive lounge 'nibbles and drinks' poor and very disappointing. Sunbeds in pool area need to be monitored to stop guests putting towels down and disappearing for hours! Sadly location very poor. Neighbourhood rundown and unsafe."
