"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. This is the first hotel however where someone at the front desk did not speak English. There was someone else who did speak English but for some reason the non English speaker always helped us. We had to go back to the desk to ask where the gym and pool were and what time breakfast was which are usually explained at check in. We went back to ask about getting a tour or driver to see kawah putih. She told us they did not have this. We went next door to...

"the bathroom was broken and water leaked when we showered at first day we stay, but the hotel staff was quite friendly when we asked for repair and they fixed it within quite short of time. Hotel location is good, located exactly at the same building with a shopping mall so it's easy to find almost everything you need there."

"Unfortunately there was an earhquake during our stay and we were not able to stay at the hotel as we left in panic. The hotel was swaying left to right and it was a very scary experience. The hotel did not deal with the situation adequately and should have done a lot more. The hotel had our telephone number yet did not ring to see if we were ok, added to that we were travelling with a baby."
