"From when we arrived there were friendly staff on hand to help us checking in and getting to our rooms. However, in getting to our rooms we noticed that some of the light switches did nothing. There didn't appear to be a ceiling light for over the bed area, only for the corridor and bathroom. And in the bathroom there was no extractor fan which made showers less comfortable.
