Location is strategic to the places we frequent including the waterfront, Transmart, etc. The downside is the pillows and linens like towels are pathetically old. They should have been replaced years ago. The key cards did not work with the lifts so caused lots of downtime till the hotel decided to disable them. "

"This hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Very noisy all night long, I hardly slept Corridors and stairwells dirty and unswept and smelled of smoke. Room shabby and stank of smoke ( I requested non-smoking room but I think they are all for smoking) No sink in barhroom Poor breakfast choice and cold food "
