"They are seriously understaffed. The poor front desk person was doing everything. Housekeeping never showed up in the 4 days stay. We had to ask for towels and hair dryer after two days. Bathrooms on the lobby were out of service. We stayed at Hampton Inn many times but this was the worst experience... "

"The rooms were minimalist though clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast toast, bagels muffins with butter, jam or cream cheese, there were no eggs very minimal. Parking was sufficient. Would I stay there again NO."

"Bar and breakfast were good! Staff was always really friendly and helpful and professional. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and had a nice layout. The property and rooms were clean, although our room had a little bit of a funky smell at first. We would stay again. The location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area. The train to get into the city was only a couple miles away."
