"Friendly staff at entrance"

"The staff was the biggest plus of the trip. They were always friendly and happy to greet you. The food was good and the property had plenty of things to do. "

Well stocked gift shop (some trinkets were cheaper than the ‘pop up’ local stalls that set up at the hotel). Fairly well lit at night walking to rooms (the kids liked looking for frogs). "The service from the reception staff was outstanding. We booked outside transport that was less than spectacular when we arrived and we were soaking wet, but the hotel welcome staff immediately brought us towels and a foot bath to make us comfortable, and assist us for in easy check in. The front desk staff was so very gracious and helpful with adjustments we had to make for returning by ferry when leaving. We did not dine in the restaurants so I cannot comment on that service, but we enjoyed...

"All of the staff was so friendly and it was so easy to grab the shuttle for the airport. I would definitely stay again! The room was spacious but it seemed everywhere in Fiji the AC doesnt keep things as cool and im accustomed to but it was cool enough to sleep."

LikuLiku Lagoon resort is quiet, has amazing food with their newly added gourmet dining experience Saluwaki. The music is also a plus with nightly music at both restaurants.
