"We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful property located in a lovely small village just outside Koblenz. Spa and gym were very nice. Only wish the sauna opened at 7am along with the pool. The hotel restaurant is very nice but if you prefer a more traditional German dining experience consider walking into the village and visiting the restaurant there."

"I didn't know we had to arrive before a certain hour, and the owners were very rude, insulting, and just kept repeating that we arrived late... We had no choice because it was late, but otherwise I would just have gone to another place. They don't deserve business."
