"The property is in good condition. The outdoor fireplace is a really nice touch, along with s'more kits, free for the asking. Nice cold delicious water from the bottle filling station.. We would have liked to have had our room cleaned while we were there but had our do not disturb sign on for too long. "The location is so good it makes up for some of the less impressive aspects of the room I stayed in. Such a short walk to the base area of the resort and a quick drive into the National Park! My room had cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets didn’t close. The grating on the fireplace was falling off, the bathroom sink took about 5 minutes to drain after each use, and one of the windows would jam and not lock. I didn’t spend much time in the room so I didn’t really care it was a little rough...

"A true log cabin motel. Well maintained. Our closest thing to glamping. Two places to eat with bar service. Food was very good and food staff was very attentive and friendly. Front desk was another story. Lady at front desk was not customer friendly or helpful. Had tv remote issue and was told to use buttons on tv. No attempt to correct problem. Almost rude. Same attitude to person before me asking for coffee maker. She needs to remember who pays here!!!"

"We loved the Wyoming. The staff is exceptionally friendly and offered lots of great suggestions for our 5-year-old, including the nightly “shootout” in the main square. The rooms are spacious and the huge chocolate chip cookies at check in are a great touch. Breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. It’s a mile or so drive or walk to Jackson but there are plenty of restaurants around and a large grocery store. A great place to stay in Jackson! "

"Great location for a home base near the North entrance. Stayed in the cabins and it was a little cramped, but, how long do you stay in the room. The little “ Town” had good options for food. Near the Lamar Valley, which is a must stop!!"
