We found it with no issues, and the hotel will pick you up from the bus station if you call in advance. "Great ryokan with lovely onsen. Water was very hot but relaxing. Half board banquet style meals were a lot of fun along with wearying the traditional Japanese clothing. Lots of selection and different kinds which was nice. Room was huge and the outdoor tub was lovely. Recommended for sure. "
