"this was a very unique hotel, the hospitality from the staff was extraordinary, the ambience was Zen, the onsen was clean and warm, with a perfect Mt Fuji view. Loved every bit of our stay :) can’t wait to come back again!"

"Other than the onsen being closed for repair, which is not the hotel's fault, but which was an amazing perk of staying there, I still found the room to be very nice and the staff very friendly. The park perks were a nice bonus too. I stayed on the executive floor and would definitely stay on that floor again in the future if the onsen gets fixed."

"LOVED our stay here! Initially when we were looking into booking, we thought it was expensive but figured... Why not, it's our honeymoon and who knows if we'll ever get another opportunity to book something like this. Honestly... Worth every penny!! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was wonderful. The onsen itself was really nice to have after all the walking we did. We also had our breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious! Would recommend this place to others and would...

"Everything was great, bicycle rental, bus station taxi, breakfast, etc."

"This was a special.place. we loved hiw embedded in nature it was while providing excellent facilities and a room with a dead on straight view of.Moun5 Fuji and privacy. As an architect, I appreciated the design immensely. I urge all to check this very special place out."

"Great service, really nice room. Strong amenities."

"房间设施完善，又能看山景。酒店服务生有礼貌！"

"All the staff were really nice and friendly, but especially the young lady serving us our dinner, as well as, the gentleman (who learnt his English in NZ:)) at at the reception. Lovely views over the lake. We have also enjoyed the dinner served in our room. I would only say that the hotel is quite dated and has musty smell throughout. Still was great to experience traditional Japanese hospitality."

"Good room, nice 1/2 tub. One small pillow and one half a small pillow on bed. Asked for more, no issue. Cubicle style bathroom, large step up to enter it, did smell musty. Way out from downtown , like 25 mins to train station."

"Beautiful location with wonderful staff.."
