"This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. "

"Excellent Value with a Watery-Ending! For the price, this hostel was well worth the money. I was able to rest in the lounge and leave my items prior to check-in. The room itself was comfortable and the beds were typical for many hostels in Taiwan. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. Location was "ok" but if you don't mind walking at least 5 minutes to go somewhere, it's alright. "Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place."
