Our room was on the second floor. Kids enjoyed it, SPA bathtub was also fun (3 kids to play inside). We add one more breakfast for the youngest kid, but the breakfast was way too much that we had to wrap it to go. Lot of food, but had an advantage of a local person to communicate at the front desk. No elevator to the second floor, but we knew about it from the reviews, so no surprise there. They have a small animal farm (need entrance ticket), which again kids enjoyed a lot. The balcony and...

Convenient location

The hotel is located next to two MRT lines. Walking distance to two Subway entrances. Dinning selections are great both in and outside hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

Both restaurants served delicious food. The service staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely make another trip. Both pools were wonderful, and the family play room was perfect for children of all ages. Lots of activities for the entire family. Also enjoyed the night performances by the fireplace.

The room and bathroom was very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious as well, the area is relaxing and private. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are large and beautifully done. The family room's design and amenities could rival 4 or 5 star hotels. Free breakfast was good. Small downside is the location, you need a taxi to get to the nearest MRT station. Elevators are smallish but very smooth. Friendly and helpful staff (Thanks Roger).
