The room was exceptionally clean, modern and equipped with all amenities. They served varieties of teas and desserts in room. We loved their tea congee, and chicken hot pot. So glad we chose to stay with them to explore Yoshino! Definitely a 5-star! Highly recommended! "

"露天風呂是最佳賣點，餐食以野菜和漬物為主不能期望太大。難以用英語原整溝通，處理業務的年長女管家規矩頗多。 於旅遊淡季時，為節省開支而不願開放男女湯各一，而要夫妻混浴當然還可接受，但將早上入湯時段取消，怎説那高檔的旅館費便不值了。 唯一登山索道廢棄更令旅程大打折扣，以無料自助電話客服聯繫無人接聽，尤幸鐵道站長幫忙聯絡才可令店方以客車落山接送。"

"我が家で過ごしているように快適に過ごせました。 調味料やアメニティまで全て揃っていて、申し分なかったです。 ただ、家の前の駐車スペースが狭く（軽自動車1台しか停めることが出来ない）、また前の道路も車1台分しか通れる幅しかないのでそこが不便でした。（別の駐車スペースに移動することになりました） あと、部屋の中の暖炉周りだけが汚かった。 そこは掃除が不十分だと思います。 それと洗濯バサミも置いて欲しい。ズボンなどをハンガーで干す時に留めるためにあると便利だと思います。 部屋全体的にはとても綺麗でした。 ありがとうございました。 "

"十津川には部屋にトイレのある宿がほとんどなく、ここを選択し、宿泊施設としては何の問題もなく、快適に滞在できました。ただ、一人２万円弱の宿泊費に対して、食事内容が1万円ちょっとの宿レベル、十分に美味しいのですが、内容に大変がっかりしました。コロナ休業が明けて間もないということで、損失を取り返そうとしていたのでしょうか。ここ数年で150軒以上に泊まったなかで残念ながらコスパが最低でした。"
