"Best trip ever! This property is a must stay! It’s far enough away from the busy Paris streets but close enough to get around. Will book this again for sure!!"

"It was a wonderful stay with a clean luxurious room, amazing staff and wonderful food and drinks! Close to the palace so way to navigate and get around."

"We had a lovely stay in an adorable room with all the little extras that make it special. The staff was very helpful. Location couldn’t have been better. Look forward to returning one day."

"I feel that my say at residhome was just ok. Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt. mattress and bedding were good. The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken. some stains ... It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked. too pricey for what it is."

"Decent Extras, but Room Condition and Service Need Improvement The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the parking lot had EV charging stations, which were definite pluses. The staff were helpful, but basic items were missing: there were only two towels for a three-bed room, the third bed had no blanket, and there was no bath mat. I had to ask for everything separately, which should not be necessary. The room itself looked worn and poorly maintained, and the hallway carpets were old and...

"Not ADA compliant. There is no ramp to take our heavy luggage down to the lobby, and to our room. The street level going down the stairs with heavy lifting of the luggage was a challenge."

"No air conditioning .. hot weather .. did not clean the room 3 days booked .. did not change the towels .. transportation 20 minutes walk .. There is an excellent mall close by walk .. Reception is not practical .. The room is spacious"

"The toilet in our room was a little weird. Had to sit sideways because the seat was to close to the wall in front of the toiet. But overall we enjoyed the location."

"All staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, breakfast had a good variety. Pancakes, jams, honeys, Nutella, different breads, toast, for us non pork eaters - scrambled eggs, cheeses, croissants and pastries, yogurts, cereal and lovely coffee machine drinks. Two electric hobs, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in the rooms. Very small fridge, with even smaller freezer compartment, but enough for us. Rooms are beautiful, my only gripes are the bed heads and fabric at the bottom which were in...

"I keep giving this place a chance because it’s location is convenient, close to the airport, the mall and the area is safe and calm. But i keep getting disappointed. The staff in this building are unbelievably rude, and disrespectful. On top of that you have to pay for both taxes and maintenance fees, meanwhile, they will never never come clean up your room unless you ask, and even when you do they will fine any excuse not to clean it. Asking for towels or any amenities feels uncomfortable...

"A disappointing stay I was genuinely disappointed with this hotel. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was so cramped that there was hardly any room to move. The toilet seat was filthy and visibly soiled; it did not look as though it had been properly cleaned. The towels were old as well. There are steps at the entrance, but no ramp alongside them, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the breakfast was not particularly good....

"hotel is under construction when we arrived"

"I was looking for a regular Hotel for a one night stay, didnt expect much. Very old hotel in need of an urgent renovation. AC didnt work. Very basic hotel with nothing much to offer."

"Super accueil comme habitude un plaisir. Chambre tres propre et confortable ainsi que le reste. A recommander"

"rien à dire allez y les yeux fermés !"
