"Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front...

"Whilst our room was spacious and clean it was mis-sold and did not face the large veranda shown in the pictures. Hotel staff said this was Expedia's misrepresentation. "Great hotel. Great location and. staff. I was under the impression the hotel is beachfront. It isn't. You have to go through a small tunnel and take a 5 min walk to their private area. Parking spots is a little limited and is tight. One night I had to park it on the ramp. I had another guest parked in front of me. Since it is so tight and narrow, I ended scratching the bumper on the car. Big bill. Besides that, the staff is super helpful and nice. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here...
