Took me 2 hours just to check in. check in is supposed to start at 3 and i arrived at 3 and was told i had to wait 30mins to check in because the "manager" wasn't there. i waited a little over 30 mins and came back and it took another hour and a half to check in. i finally got into my room and he put me into the wrong unit. not the one i paid for. everything was dirty, plenty of burn holes in curtain to the bed sheets and even the shower curtain. and the shower curtain has so much mold on the bottom. lock is broke, ac unit is dirty as well as the filters. bed doesn't even come with a blanket. the smell i got whenever i walked into the right room was unbearable.table was broken and refrigerator and freeze and bathroom was all filthy. i had to wipe and clean everything myself just to even be able to sleep here. you can tell it was never swept and never kept cleaned. never coming back here. i never leave reviews ever but this is absolutely unacceptable!

Thought it was a horror movie set

I can’t believe they charge people to stay here. I didn’t even end up staying. Strong odor in the room like old carpet and cigarette smoke. All surfaces were dirty. I literally walked in the room and walked out.

As soon as I walked in the room I saw something on the pillow and it was a bed bug!!! I instantly took a picture on my phone took the picture to the front desk and demanded a refund!!! I was told that I had to call Expedia which I’m still waiting for to see if I’m going to get a full refund which I feel like I should definitely be receiving

Awful Hotel. Should be condemned.

Room was way overpriced for a jacuzzi suite. The hotel was very dirty and unsafe. Room door had been kicked in before and door frame was pieced back together with nails. Jacuzzi would not hold water and would not fill properly. Jet's were broken and glued together. Bed had bed bugs when I turned over comforter to go to sleep. Had to check out early because of this. Will not recommend anybody wasting money on a room here. Was not able to get a refund of any sort for the discomfort I went through.

Shit hole

Hole above ground. The room next to mine had the window smashed out from a police raid the day before. I paid $71 on this site for the room and the rate was only $50 when I got there. Thanks for the great deal.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful. Although he is there as a temp only for the summer, I had no problem with him. However, they need to close this place down and start over. The room I walked in smelled and is dirty & run down. The furniture is filthy and old. The stench stayed in my nose & chest. I walked in that room in disbelief, went back to the office and got my money back. To make things worse, Expedia had the nerve to charge $98 for this mess in which the young man at the counter said without hesitation "we only charge $55 ($60 on weekend) for the room. While I was happy to see Expedia refunded my charge right away, I will Never Ever use Expedia again. NEVER. EVER. My advice, look carefully for reviews, call the property directly to make your reservation or for pricing. Visit the property or have someone you know to visit it if you're not in the area when possible.

Run away from this place

From the start I had nothing but issues. Hotels.com never sent my reservation so I had to wait to check in. Once i got my key i went to the room,which was a total dump. I didnt even get a double room like I was supposed to get. Instead they gave me a single room. Place reaked of cigarettes,was out dated,all the furniture was trashed,room was dirty. I was there 10 min and left. Owner refused to give a refund. Also,its alot cheaper to book at the hotel then through a 3rd party site. Hotels.com take this off of your site,it shouldnt even be open.

The room was duty.Wiped the floor with a towel and the towel was duty with dirt. Had to get our own towels.The microwave didn't work . The bathroom door had a hole in it.The bed was dirty.

Nasty hotel

I would never recommend this hole on the wall heat don't work covers are so old and outdated and thin they still have big back TV's when I booked it says 2 queen beds but it's really 2 full beds a pillow on the bed had blood on it in the pillowcase carpet old this hotel is so outdated pictures on website are decieving it's need to be painted paint is very old furniture is also very old

Worst hotel ever

The place was beyond the words nasty. Blood on the mattress, no fitted sheet on the bed. Blanket wasn't clean and it had cigarette burns on the blanket and it was dirty.
