Id stay there again cuz ive had worse Very nice room. Good breakfast. Elevator was intermittent. Staff was really good actually, except one... You could tell she really didn't want to be there. The day I had showed up they just finished up on repainting a whole bunch of outdoor stuff , looked nice, although there was over spray in many areas. the place was never swept in the three days that I was there. The same litter and trash on the ground was there the whole time I was there. No signal on the tv , although everything was plugged in.

The hot water heater went out twice and the styrofoam they were putting in the pillars left little beads all over the place that blew into the room when you would open the door. The toilet in my room would constantly run throughout the night. My room key would reset itself every afternoon so I’d have to go down to the front desk to get a new code. The staff themselves were very helpful and accommodating however.

I gave the room a 4 just because there was some stain on my sheets. But i want to write this message especially to highlight the i credible staff at your establishment! They did so much ti make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, it made any little inconvenience not a big deal. And in fact they helped me with any inconvenience and were super responsive. I believe her name was Laura? I think? But she was so nice too! Incredible staff you have there!

Barely any hot water. First room given was a smoking room. Second room, exterior was being painted and extetior window still masked over. Third room had a defective door latch. Fourth room, receptionist keyed the wrong room key. Faucet leaked. Rude person checked me in (stayed talking on ear cell phone with friend the entire time. Parking lot overhead lights out. Accosted by panhandler in parking lot. Under construction: cables dangling and cut styrofoam insulation everywhere. Poor to none wifi. Housekeeping never showed up. Very limited TV channel selection. You get what you pay for. Stay away from this stinker. Great location right off highway and near airport. Restaurants nearby. Ikea right across the street. Other residents very quiet. Temperature control worked and was fine.

Room was clean, and the facility seemed well run except: could have used an alarm clock so I could see the time. Front desk claimed there was no overnight coverage for an early wake-up call. Also, no extra blankets. Other than that, great stay for the price.

Partly decrepit,partly ok. Exterior Doors left unlocked,pool n deck were excellent thanks to the young man's diligence. The poverty Breakfast was barely useful. The elevator was hot n stuffy with a loud high pitched permanent whine. One decrepit trolley that was nearly impossible for a senior to move. The room was ok, dont leave ANY food out=ants! The staff were fine, the management company needs to be investigated for code violations,dangerous conditions and excessive profit extraction with no investment back in the property; just like some other Sonesta properties.

Staff was very friendly, room was mostly clean (except for a few things found under the bed), pool was clean and not over crowded, lots of places to walk to if you want. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

The room looked clean at first, however on further inspection there was a fork, bowl, and someone inhaler under the bed. The floor was filthy with sand and dirty and whwnwe had a spill and cleaned it up with a dirty cloth that was used the cloth was black from the floor. When we asked for more towels and we only had one, we were treated like we would steal them. The bathtub smelled like urine, do when you showered all you could smell was urine.vThe outdoor pool was ice cold, the daytime staff were friendly and the night shift staff were rude. The sheets were stained, and there was only a thin blanket for the beds. The breakfast was decent for a continental. The pool towels were waah cloths not towels. I couldn't even wrap my 3 year old granddaughter up. There were people sitting on the pool deck rolling and smoking marijuana. Overall, the place was central for us and cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Rude staff and unclean rooms.

This is a very good property if your on a tight budget. Unfortunately our rooms were very dirty and the bathtub had hair from previous guest. One of our microwaves did not work so we had to use our other rooms. Besides that the breakfast and the staff was amazing.

For a strict non smoking hotel, it reeked of smoke. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was clean though and breakfast was great. I can see they are updating things.
