Our non smoking room had a faint smell of smoke. Some guests on our floor were a little loud after 10pm, hanging out on the balcony. (Maybe smoking?) Bed was super comfortable. Shower had hair from previous guest in it. Breakfast was decent and typical. Make your own waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, English muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee Outside of hotel was a bit run down looking but inside the lobby and eating area was nice.

Better than the street appeal

I was fearful when I saw it from the road. Not appealing to look at. however, it is in decent shape overall, room clean and std expectations met.
