Omce again Marriott Detroit Novi reamined my top hotel. The customer service, room size, and breakfast were on point. I have been in the airline businesses for 36 years flying around the world and this hotel is my favorite.

Overall a nice hotel. Well kept, spacious rooms. The staff could care less about customers and issues. The elevator was not working and they just kind of shrugged thier shoulders about it. We also had an awful sewage smell coming from our bathroom one of days and when I kindly reported it, they had zero reaction and again, just shrugged their shoulders. Felt odd.

Wonderful hotel!

We had to book a room due to a power outage. I loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was super clean and smelled wonderful! We had a complimentary continental breakfast that was excellent. The only thing I would suggest would be to have extra blankets available in the room. Great stay!
