This is a cozy 2 bedroom ranch style home. No stairs to climb once your inside. The bedrooms have fresh white linens for your relaxation.
The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, WIFI, Netflix and Free popcorn for your enjoyment. In the kitchen, you will find pots, pans, dishes, forks, spoons, and knives.
We provide all the basics you need to prepare your meal. The kitchen is also equipped with a Refrigerator, Stove, and Microwave. A coffee maker, decaf or caffeinated coffee, sugar packets, tea, and creamers for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and an extra towel. We also provide an on-sight washer and dryer for your convenience free of charge. We have included everything you need for a wonderful experience in our Industrial Farmhouse home away from home.

Cozy, upgrades needed
Cozy spot for an overnight and quick responses from owners with flexibility made the location a net neutral. Picture frames broken and taped to the wall and beds that were more like a dorm sleeping experience are not likely to encourage return or comfortable multiple night stays. Continual emphasis on non-smoking, after confirming no one in the group smoked, and the stock check-in email with incorrect check in times were unnecessary and did not lead to a feeling of welcome nor organization. The cost of the stay was not reflected in the accommodation.

40th Birthday Celebration
The home was easy to find, and was ok as far as cleanliness. The only thing to change would be is, listing says it sleeps six and it only sleeps five. Also the front door was really hard to close and the wood trim to keep the chain lock on was broken.
