Steve at the front desk was a pleasure to converse with, professional and very helpful. Thae hotel was excellent - very clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast ( my loss ) or the pool but I am sure they are great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My stay here was okay overall. The hotel was clean for the most part, although there were a few areas in my room that were a little dusty. I really liked the pool and hot tub area. As for the staff, there was really only one employee who seemed like he genuinely wanted to be there and was consistently helpful. Some of the other employees were pretty unfriendly. One woman in particular at the front desk made it seem like we were inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. She seemed very annoyed to be working and unfortunately took that attitude out on the guests. Housekeeping was also extremely slow in getting around to the rooms. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again.

Good breakfast with make-your-own pancakes. Costa coffee including decaf available 24 hrs/day. Massive bed, pleasant room. En-suite shower room but wash hand basin in the bedroom is not to everyones liking. Stairwell needed sweeping more often. Good location to visit our relatives.
