The rear fire exit door should ONLY be accessed in the event of an emergency. The door is alarmed and WILL NOT shut off once activated.
Please turn off the lights upon exiting the property. Please turn off water when not in use. Turn down thermostat upon check out.
All food MUST be disposed of in the metal trash can and topped throughout the stay. Upon exit all food, waste must be emptied in green rear dumpster.
